My progress isn't syncing between devices.
Make sure both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, and that Banker Journal is allowed to use iCloud (Settings, then your name, then iCloud). Then open the app on each. The dashboard's ICLOUD SYNC panel shows the last sync. Ticks from both devices are combined, never overwritten.

What does a capital raise buy?
It adds to your net worth, the vanity balance on the LEAG table. It never changes your Score or your rating, and it gives no advantage in the game. Purchases are consumable and are not restored on a new device, apart from the balance itself, which syncs through iCloud.

I'd like a refund.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My rating went down.
Missing days puts you on Credit Watch, which withholds up to two notches from the displayed rating. Two consecutive days back earns a notch back. Your Score is never touched. App updates that add new achievements never lower your rating.
